Class & Attendance Tracker
Track student classes without a paper register. The trainer sets everything up once; the student just taps.
Free to start. An account is needed because you and your student each open the same register from your own phone, so the class count has to live somewhere you can both reach — and your students join with a link you send them.
How it works
Add your students
Enter a name and an email, the number of classes they have bought, and how many they had already finished before you started using this. Nothing is lost in the move from a paper register.
Set the schedule once
Pick the days and a class time from your own list of slots. Your students never choose a time — you have already decided it.
They tap, you teach
Your student opens the app, sees today's class and presses one button. The count updates for both of you straight away.
Fix anything you forgot
Mark a class you both forgot, correct a date, or block out the days you are away. A day you cancel never costs a student a class.
Trainer configures. Student taps.
The trainer
- Adds a student with their package and start date
- Picks the class days and a time slot
- Marks the days they are away
- Can mark or correct any class themselves
The student
- Opens the app and sees today's class
- Presses one button
- That is the whole job
Why trainers use it
No more counting by hand
Completed and remaining are worked out from the classes actually attended, so the number is right even after you correct something.
A class can only count once
If your student has already marked today, you will see it. Pressing the button again never moves the count.
Your days off cost nobody a class
Mark yourself unavailable and your students see it immediately. Their remaining count does not move.
Works on the phone in your hand
Built to be used in the thirty seconds before or after a class, not at a desk afterwards.
Class times, ready to go
These are set up for you. Add your own if you teach at an unusual time, or switch off the ones you never use.

Who this is for
Anyone who sells classes in blocks and has to remember how many are left. Swimming coaches, personal trainers, yoga and dance teachers, boxing and sports coaches, tutors and music teachers all keep the same register: a name, a number of classes bought, and a row of ticks.
The tool does not assume a subject, a venue or a class size. If you sell twelve classes over a month, or twenty-four over three, it fits.
How the count is worked out
Every attended class is stored as its own record against a date. Completed is the number of those records plus any classes you tell us were finished before you started here. Remaining is simply the package total minus completed.
Nothing keeps a running total that could drift out of step. That is what makes correcting a mistake safe: remove a wrongly marked class and the numbers are immediately right again, with no separate tally to repair.
- A class can be marked by you or by the student — whoever gets there first.
- The same class can never be counted twice, whoever presses the button.
- A class you cancel by marking yourself unavailable is not counted at all.
- Completed can never pass the package total.
Moving from a paper register
Most trainers start mid-package, so the form asks for two numbers rather than one: the total classes bought, and how many were already completed. A student on their sixth class of twenty-four starts here showing five completed and nineteen remaining.
You do not need to re-enter months of history to get an accurate remaining count. Only the classes from today forward are recorded individually.
Where this information is kept
Unlike most tools on this site, this one does not keep everything in your browser. Your students, their packages and their attendance are stored against your account on our servers, because your student has to be able to see the same numbers from their own phone.
You are entering another person's name and email address. Only you and that student can see their record. If a student is below the digital age of consent where you live, use a parent or guardian's email address.
Frequently asked questions
Yes, and it is free. When you add a student we email them an invitation link, and you can copy the same link to send yourself. If they already have an account on this site, adding them simply connects it — they will not be asked to sign up twice.
Replace the register
Student names and emails you enter are stored against your account on our servers, not in your browser.
