Service description
SavBuildTool provides free calculators and practical Finance, Developer, Health, and Design tools, together with explanatory content. Features may be experimental, automated, or updated over time.
No-account, free-tool use
Most tools can be used without creating an account or paying a fee. A few tools that have to save your work or share it with another person do require a free account, and those are identified on the tool’s own page. Free access does not guarantee that every tool, feature, or usage level will remain available forever.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with security or availability, scrape at harmful scale, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, infringe rights, or use outputs to deceive or harm others. Comply with applicable law.
Intellectual property
SavBuildTool and its original interface, writing, branding, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms permit personal and internal business use of the service; they do not transfer ownership.
Your inputs
You retain rights in content you enter. You are responsible for having permission to use it and for reviewing anything you copy, export, or share. Avoid placing confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive information in general-purpose tools.
Estimates & informational use
Calculator results are estimates based on the values and assumptions supplied. Rounding, market changes, local rules, incomplete data, or implementation errors can affect results. Independently verify important decisions.
SavBuildTool does not provide financial, legal, tax, medical, or investment advice. Outputs are informational and are not a substitute for a qualified professional.
Finance & health limitations
Finance tools cannot predict returns, rates, taxes, eligibility, or product suitability. Health tools provide general planning or reference information and do not diagnose, treat, or prevent a condition. Seek appropriate professional help, especially for urgent or high-impact decisions.
Advertising & external links
Advertising and links may lead to third-party products or sites. Their offers, availability, content, privacy practices, and terms are controlled by them. A link or ad is not an endorsement or guarantee.
Availability & changes
We may add, change, suspend, or remove tools and content, or impose reasonable limits, without guaranteeing uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Installed app & offline use
SavBuildTool may be added to a device home screen and opened like an app. Doing so installs no separate program and creates no separate product: it is this same website, running in your browser, under these same terms. It is not distributed through any app store and there is no charge for it.
Where the site works without a connection it does so by reusing pages already saved on your device. Those pages are not live. A result produced offline may rest on an older version of a tool, an older rate, or older content, and should be checked against the site online before you act on it.
Clearing the site’s data in your browser settings removes the saved pages.
Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SavBuildTool and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the service. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Indemnity
Where legally permitted, you agree to indemnify SavBuildTool against claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the service, infringement of another person’s rights, or material breach of these terms.
Termination & access restrictions
We may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, third parties, or legal compliance. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will continue.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply regardless of this choice.
Changes
We may revise these terms. When we do, we update the effective date and highlight material changes before the revised terms apply.
